Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are typically 5–11 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (if applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Donlora is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at support@donlora.com. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@donlora.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim and provide a solution.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
